Susan joined Pamoja Digital Financing Company as a Finance Manager in Nov 2019. She is responsible of Finance and Administration management of the institution. She has 5 years’ experience in Financial Management and project management.

Prior to joining Pamoja Digital Susan held numerous leadership positions notably as a Finance Officer in Juhudi Kilimo company as we as  Treasurer in Juhudi Kilimo Employees Sacco . During her tenure Susan played a pivotal role in steering the growth and adoption of technology in loan processes. Further she has a broad experience in compiling, analyzing and preparing financial reports in accordance with accepted guidelines and procedures.

Susan is a Certified Public accountant and has an MBA in project management from Kenyatta University in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCOM)
