Cleopas joined Pamoja Digital Financing  as the Director Operations and Co-founder in September 2019.Bringing in more than 14 years of experience in microfinance industry, Risk management ,Product development, Market analysis, Business development, People management and Marketing.

His role is to provide strategic leadership in the overall performance of operations (growth in customer-based loan book portfolio quality and profitability) Business development strategy, policies and procedure to facilitate overall business growth in line with the cooperate business strategy mission and vision.

Prior to joining Pamoja Digital, Cleopas held numerous leadership positions, notable at Juhudi Kilimo as the Chief Operations Officer, Chairman Juhudi Kilimo Employees Sacco, Head of Microfinance Letshego Kenya and Regional manager KWFT- DTM. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management majoring in Marketing from Management university of Africa (MUA) and holds a diploma in Marketing from NYS school of Business studies.
